Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Customers are eligible for a return, half or full refund if:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The product is defective

The wrong item is delivered

How the Process Works

Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery (with proof such as photos or video).

Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund, as per customer preference and availability.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, customers are not required to pay if a product is refused due to valid issues (damage or defect).

If payment has already been collected, refunds are processed promptly through the agreed method.

Responsibility

We take full responsibility for valid refund and replacement claims and coordinate directly with our supplier partners to resolve issues.
