Products are supplied and fulfilled by our partner suppliers, while we manage customer service, order processing, and support.

We only accept orders for products that are confirmed to be in stock with our suppliers.

In rare cases of stock mismatch, customers are informed immediately and offered alternatives or cancellation.

All products are sold at fixed and clearly displayed prices.

There are no hidden charges. The total payable amount is shown before order confirmation.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payment is required only after the customer receives the product.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once dispatched, cancellations depend on courier and supplier status.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, repeated false return claims, or fraudulent behavior.

We do not claim ownership of the products listed; our role is to facilitate sales and arrange delivery through our authorized supplier partners
